7th Grade Parents,
Since there was such an outpouring of desire to chaperone our field trip and limited availability, I wanted to make you aware of another opportunity to accompany the 7th grade. While tour tickets to the Capitol are limited, the other events on the trip are not. There is some room on the bus and the events at the Supreme Court are unlimited. During the Capitol tour, your students will be temporarily reassigned and you are free to explore the Capitol building.
If you are interested in joining us, please let me know as soon as possible.

7th Grade Parents,
If you are interested in chaperoning for our field trip, there is no need to send in the lunch fee. Once chaperones have been decided, then I will contact you to get your lunch order and payment. If you have already sent in a check, thank you for your prompt response, you will be refunded the fee if necessary.

7th Grade Parents,
Tomorrow, the 7th grade is presenting the Mass. All students are to wear their regular uniform. They may wear their PE shoes. During PE students will be bowling. If they would like to change into PE uniforms, it is optional. Thank you!

Permission slips were sent home today for our exciting field trip to the Supreme Court and Capitol in D.C. This year we will be going on Tuesday April 9th. No food or drink may be brought into either facility. Lunch order forms are attached to the permission slips. Please return both slips and necessary monies by March 18th. Remember payment must be made in cash or check only. If you would like to chaperone, please indicate so on the permission slip and be sure to order a lunch. We are limited to 10 chaperones. If we have an abundance of volunteers, I will have a lottery and let you know the results on the 18th. Thank you for all your cooperation!
