History 7: Complete the Chapter 3 chapter review on textbook page 96, #1-10 due on Monday October 29. Chapter 3 Test will be on Tuesday October 30, portfolio due as well.
Also, the Original 13 colonies brochure project has been assigned. The first requirement is due on November 5 when the first draft of writing and list of sources is due. Project instructions are on google classroom, a hard copy was distributed to each student today.

Tonight is the Middle School Dance from 6:30-8:30. The cost is $3 per students and grades are asked to bring the following to share: Grade 6 – Sweet Treats, Grade 7 – Salty Snacks, and Grade 8 – Drinks. Costumes are optional, but must be appropriate. Dress code is as follows:

Students are not permitted to wear or display items which represent drugs, alcohol products, gang membership, or which promote violence.

 All skirts must be no more than one inch above the knee.

 No sheer "see-through" garments.

 No garments that are too revealing, expose undergarments, are excessively tight and form fitting, or which have very low necklines.

 No tops with oversize arm openings, strapless tops, tube tops, tops with spaghetti straps, or tank tops. Shoulders and midriff must be covered.  


 No jeans, leggings, yoga pants, or jeggings.

Tomorrow is the Edge field trip. Please be sure that your child is at school on time as we will be leaving shortly after prayer. A big Thank you to our chaperones and drivers: Mrs. Abogunrin, Mr. Cadugan, Mrs. Di Cocco, Mrs. Duffy (driving), Mr. Giampietro, Mrs. Heatwole, Mrs. Keeler, Mrs. Kilpatrick, Mr. Miller, and Mr. Wiberg. It promises to be beautiful weather day. Please be sure that your child wears PE outfits in layers, since it will be chilly in the morning but warming up in the afternoon. Be sure to bring a bag lunch and hat. There is no need to bring backpacks.
